Adrienne Fresko CBE
Adrienne is a director and co-founder of Foresight Partnership, established in 2004. She specialises in supporting boards in public services to become more effective in their governance roles. She has worked with over 80 boards ranging from regulators and NDPBs to NHS Foundation Trusts and PCTs. She has, most recently, led the development of ‘The Healthy NHS Board’ - new guidance for all NHS Boards in England on behalf of the NHS National Leadership Council.
Andrew Ball
Andrew is an experienced IT professional and joined the Audit Commission in 1998 from the Department of Work and Pensions, where he worked in a range of roles including Network Manager, IT Manager, Project and Programme Manager.

Andrew joined the NHS in 1988 as an Information Officer in a community and mental health service organisation based in Cambridge. He then moved to Addenbrooke’s NHS Trust where he worked in the corporate Information Management Team, followed by information management roles in the children’s and cancer services units.

John Bruce
John Bruce has been chairman of Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust since 2000 having been a NED there from 1995. He has long had an interest in how boards work and recognised that being authorised as a Foundation Trust in 2006 was to require much higher levels of board performance than required of a traditional NHS Trust.
